develop individualized treatment plans that help students
communicate with confidence. Provide engaging, evidence-based
therapy sessions that fit naturally into the school day.
Collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover and
celebrate progress. Maintain organized and timely documentation of
student goals, sessions, and successes. Participate in IEP meetings
and team discussions to advocate for each student’s growth. About

at a time! ? Requirements:??? Requirements & Qualifications to Join
Our League Masterful Education A master’s degree in Speech-Language
Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of the CF
fellowship is preferred, but we’re open to supporting an
exceptional CF candidate ready to grow into their powers! License
to Heal Current or eligible DC licensure Pediatric Passion
Experience (or strong interest) in working with school-aged
children in educational settings. Knowledge of IEPs, school
collaboration, and classroom-based service delivery is a major

Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Tech-savvy and
comfortable using Microsoft Office, iPad, and EMR systems Strong
written and verbal communication skills A true “child whisperer”

an hour for direct service time; additional compensation for admin
tasks Full-Time Annual Range: $70,000–$85,000 (full time is
considered 30-40 hours) Compensation commensurate with experience
and schedule commitment. The Students You’ll Support Our SLPs work
with amazing children who may have: Speech sound disorders /
articulation challenges Language delays (expressive, receptive, or
pragmatic) Autism Spectrum Disorder ADHD Global developmental
delays Learning disabilities Genetic disorders Down Syndrome
Apraxia Literacy challenges Dyslexia Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling during sessions and
