TransForce is seeking part-time Class A CDL drivers to join our dedicated team, providing top-notch transportation services while adhering to safety protocols. This position is ideal for experienced drivers looking to balance work with personal commitments. Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods to various locations as per the schedule. Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety. Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations, as well as company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch about schedules, routes, and delivery details. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status, complying with applicable state and federal regulations. Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring that cargo is secured properly compliant with safety guidelines. Proven ability to maneuver heavy vehicles in tight spaces and high traffic. Strong time management to manage delivery schedules and deadlines effectively. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs). Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, pushing, or pulling required loads. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Current DOT medical certification. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test as per industry standards.
