Stakeholders are seeking programs to help differentiate their buildings and increase occupancy by meeting the modern tenant's increasing demand for Tech-Ready buildings, resolving their building's Internet of Things (IoT) issues quickly, and providing best-in-class telecommunications infrastructure management and support.Are you an ambitious Sales Executive who wants to become a leader at the forefront of an exciting new age of technology innovation and growth in an untapped market?POSITION SUMMARYConcert Technologies is expanding our rapidly growing nationwide Tech-Ready Building program and seeking an experienced sales professional to focus on creating new business opportunities in the Washington D.C. Metro and other areas. Our riserSAFE-- program provides a wide range of telecommunications services and acts as trusted technology advisors to CRE ownership groups, CRE property management groups, and high-profile tenants. Designing and executing market expansion strategies, the riserSAFE-- Sales Executive candidate will fill a critical role in the development and management of our strategic growth strategy. The position is in our Martinsburg, WV and Dulles, VA offices. With properly scheduling of appointments the Sales Executive could limit his/her travel to DC Metro area to a minimum.REQUIREMENTSAs a Sales Executive primarily selling to CRE property managers and commercial real estate brokers you should have a level of understanding for the value of building technologies and telecommunications services to building managers, tenants and CRE brokers. The candidate is expected to have:

  • 2+ years of outbound business- to business sales experience in technology
  • High comfort level with technology solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and clients
  • Ability to effectively influence key decision makers on all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong common sense and critical thinking skills
  • Highly motivated, persistent, enthusiastic, positive, and flexible
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power PointESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe Sales Executive will be internally trained and develop a comprehensive understanding of the riserSAFE program in order to properly present it to prospective customers and be prepared for common inquiries/objections which often arise from prospective customers when discussing Tech-Ready Building services. Essential Job Functions include:
    • Use strategic, consultative selling techniques to grow the riserSAFE-- footprint
    • Initially engage individuals throughout the Washington, DC metro area to call on prospective customers to identify, progress and close new business
    • Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals
    • Act as the principle account and relationship manager for new clients, while managing a small existing portfolio to develop your sales skills
    • Generate quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, building canvassing, and email solicitation.
    • Be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
    • Compile and interpret property data to present to clients, such as building technology assessments, work scopes, survey summaries, and status updates.
    • Work with a team on the creation of presentations and reports for property management/tenant clients.
