Key Responsibilities - Proactively pursue and follow up on new and existing leads—both company?provided and self?generated—to increase sales and closing ratios. - Conduct in?home estimates and deliver accurate pricing for relocation and storage services. - Uphold company standards of professionalism, service, and customer satisfaction to maintain our outstanding reputation. - Attend meetings, trade shows, networking events, and community activities to build relationships and generate new business. - Maintain accurate, up?to?date records of sales activity, bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of B2B and/or B2C sales experience required. Household Goods Industry experience is a plus but not required. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and stay self?motivated. - Professional appearance, strong presence, and the tact needed to represent the company in diverse environments. - Outgoing personality with exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and follow?through skills. - Strong computer proficiency, including prior CRM experience. - Comfortable being accountable for performance and results. - Valid driver’s license.
