Job Description Job Description Business Development Manager – Security Integration Full-Time | Remote Mid Atlantic What You Get to Do: Build and manage relationships with commercial and enterprise-level clients across the region Represent a specialized team focused on complex, integrated security and door-opening solutions Open doors with facilities management and real estate leadership to position us as the security integrator of choice Book meetings, close contracts, and develop long-term partnerships that drive results Travel for in-person meetings, site visits, trade shows, and partner events Collaborate directly with company leadership to influence go-to-market strategy and messaging Own your outreach, pipeline, and follow-up using a CRM — your results shape our growth What You've Already Done: Sold security integration services or related technology to commercial and enterprise-level clients Built your own book of business using a mix of cold calls, relationships, and LinkedIn outreach Managed your own tasks, pipeline, and follow-ups without needing reminders Maintained consistent communication and follow-through with clients and internal teams Why You Would Do It: You want a role with clear ownership and room to grow You're motivated to build lasting, meaningful relationships across the security industry You take pride in working with a company that values consistency, follow-through, and clarity You're based in MD, VA, DC or close enough to travel when opportunities call Compensation is based on experience and structured to reward strong execution Interested?
