Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a leader in AI-driven technology and cloud
services, is seeking a Federal Solutions Sales Director to guide
our federal sector engagements. The successful candidate will drive
the growth of our IT solutions within federal agencies, leveraging
Vantors cutting-edge technologies to meet complex governmental
needs. This role requires strategic leadership, a strong
understanding of federal procurement processes, and the ability to
align IT solutions with federal challenges. The director will work
closely with our product and engineering teams to tailor Vantors
offerings, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements and
security standards of federal clients. Develop and implement
effective sales strategies targeted at federal government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
within federal agencies. Understand and navigate federal
procurement processes and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with
technical teams to develop customized IT solutions that comply with
federal standards. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to
close with federal clients. Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve
targeted results in the federal marketplace. Stay updated with
federal government initiatives and IT developments to suggest
necessary shifts in strategy. Proven ability to develop and execute
sales strategies Strong knowledge of federal procurement procedures
and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools Ability to
manage complex sales cycles Strong leadership and team-building
