experienced Senior Capture Executive to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you'll be pivotal in driving our growth in the
government sector, spearheading the development of strategic plans
to capture significant contracts within government agencies. This
position demands a strategic thinker with a seasoned understanding
of government procurement processes and contract requirements.
Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies for government
contracts. Lead cross-functional teams to develop proposal
responses tailored to government procurements. Identify emerging
market opportunities through detailed market and competitive
analysis. Maintain strong relationships with government
stakeholders and industry partners. Oversee the coordination of all
functions involved in the proposal process, ensuring compliance
with government procurement regulations. Strong understanding of
government contracting and procurement processes Ability to manage
and lead cross-functional teams Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in proposal
writing and market analysis Capable of strategic planning and
decision-making 401k Certified Capture Manager (Shipley or APMP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
