-- Job Functions
- Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner as to
reflect the highest integrity of the Plant Operations and
- Assists in maintaining and repairing building wood fixtures and
- Performs urgent corrective, routine, and requisitioned repairs
of walls, ceiling, doors and case work and other building
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and tools as
- As required, assists in maintaining grounds and outside
- Performs maintenance duties to all physical structures of
Hospital and complies with all building safety codes.
- Assist in replacing, installing, repairing finishes, walls,
doors, floors, and ceiling and office design.
- Maintains routine records of all repairs performed on any
equipment or system.
- Performs manual duties as requested (i.e., moving supplies or
furniture, replacing light bulbs, removing trash or scrap
material.) Qualifications QUALIFICATIONSEducation:------------
Education in trade/technical/vocational training is
preferred.Certification:------ CPI certification required within 90
days of hire.Experience:-------- 1year maintenance work in a
healthcare setting preferred.-- Must have thorough knowledge of how
to useand maintain plant tools and equipment.--HOURS OF WORKAs
scheduled by Department Director to ensure appropriatecoverage of
department services.-- Must beable to work weekends as
scheduled.--Participates in on-call requirements as per department
