The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across various systems. Job Title: Facility Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ashburn, VA
Pay Range: $35-40/hr.
1st shift - 1 opening
3rd shift - 1 opening

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Control systems to ensure efficient facility operations.
• Oversee facility services, including preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contracted maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC systems through regular cleaning, inspection, calibration, and part replacement.
• Monitor equipment performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Identify and address safety hazards, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  What's Needed?
  • 8-10 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot Commercial or Industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, and implement corrective actions.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Word and Excel.
    Preferred
    • EPA 608 Universal Certification.
