Position Details:
Title: Electrical Hardware Tester
Location: Ashburn, VA
Shift: Monday to Friday normal working hours. Weekends are very rare if any.
Compensation: $65k to $70k
Benefits: Robust benefit package
Travel: Maybe once a month or less- however- you must be willing to be flexible. Sometimes the business and client need come up unexpectedly- and they may not always be able to give you notice of when the trips will be, so being willing to go with short notice is key.

Position Description:
The company is looking for an experienced Electrical Hardware Tester who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical hardware products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with low voltage equipment and have experience with Omicron testing equipment, although this is considered a plus.
--- Conduct rigorous testing of electrical hardware products, including power quality analyzers and monitoring devices.
--- Perform functional tests to verify product compliance with specifications and industry standards.
--- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to electrical components and circuits.
--- Ensure the safe handling of low voltage equipment during testing procedures.
--- Maintain meticulous records of test results and observations, documenting any deviations or anomalies.
--- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address any product defects or nonconformities.
--- Utilize Omicron testing equipment and other specialized tools for accurate and comprehensive testing.

Requirements:
--- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification.
--- Proven experience as an Electrical Tester, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
--- Familiarity with low voltage equipment and safety procedures.
--- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
--- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
--- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
--- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
