The Tactical Space Systems Division Manufacturing organization has an opening for a Principal Manufacture Analyst located in Dulles, Va to support the Space Systems Division.Job Description:Manage Space Systems Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS). Will be the process owner for the Space System MMAS procedure. Perform monthly audits of each control to insure we are meeting the requirements of DFARS 252.242.7004. Provide monthly metrics that show controls are in place to meet all aspect of the MMAS requirements. Work with various operations of the group to provide corrective action to any negative metric trends. Support audits from outside organizations as required.Responsibilities Include:Working with planning, business operations, and material control to collect data for monthly MMAS metrics. Engaging with various disciplines to provide corrective action/resolve any metric variances. Support MMAS sector committee meetings and report any concerns. Support Internal or Government audits as required. Develop training plans, and train individuals that require MMAS training.Basic Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Experience working in Manufacturing, Engineering, Test, Production, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
  • Must have knowledge of DFARS 252.242.7004
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance per business requirements (US citizenship required)
  • MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power PointPreferred Qualifications:
    • An active Secret or above clearance
    • Spacecraft or aircraft Manufacturing experience

      Salary Range: $9,000 USD - $116,000 USD

      Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
