Job DescriptionCACI has an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with a successful track record winning technology-based solutions within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. This position is based in Sterling, VA.--You will be responsible for leading business development activities in support of winning Tactical SIGINT-based technology solutions mainly in the DoD sector within the Federal Government space. You will be responsible for winning new business contracts with a value ranging from $25-75M for small to midsize deals to $100M+ for large deals. You will work with operations and engineering personnel within NCS--- Tactical Solutions Operations Group (OG) to identify, qualify, and assist capture in winning SIGINT-based opportunities primarily within national DoD customer segments.--What You---ll Get to Do:Identify and qualify Tactical SIGINT technology-based (and related) opportunities within the Federal (mainly DoD) spaceInterface between Business Development and internal and external stakeholders (BG operations and engineering staff, other BGs, Corporate functional organizations).Work with line organization management to identify business development opportunities.Support continual business development process improvement.Maintain appropriate records and documentation; track, monitor, and report data to support business development.Assist the NCE BDE Vice President in developing the strategy for the Tactical SIGINT solutions (e.g., sensor development) part of the Intelligence Systems and Support (ISS) market, and to support CACI's long term business strategy.Develop and maintain a "value added" working relationship with CACI line organizations including Business Group executives, Capture Managers, and Proposal Managers; conduct competitive assessments on specific opportunities; make recommendations on teaming partners and draft teaming agreements appropriate for specific opportunities; stay abreast of CACI technical offerings, successes, and breakthroughs.Work closely with CACI executives, providing them with the support they need to properly integrate and manage the business development function into their respective strategies, operating plans and budgets.Provide leadership in working in a collaborative fashion with other divisions of the company to accomplish strategic objectives, profitable organic growth, and increased shareholder value.Develop strategic plans, policies and procedures for the Business Development group, consistent with the goals of the organization, and/or establish and execute policies, programs, and procedures to support delivery of products, services, or solutions.Attend a variety of conferences and other external meetings to explore business development opportunities.You---ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technical discipline10+ years of experience plus proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and assisting capture and proposal efforts in support of winning large, Tactical SIGINT technology-based solutions contracts within the Federal Government with emphasis on DoD agenciesDomain experience with the DoD customer organizations and programs is requiredActive Security Clearance required at the Top Secret (TS)/Special Compartmented Information (SCI) with CI Poly or higher levelWhat We Can Offer You:We---ve been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post.Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives.We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities.We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation---s highest priorities.For over 55 years, the principles of CACI---s unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.Job LocationUS-Sterling-VA-VIRGINIA SUBURBAN--CACI employs a diverse range of talent to create an environment that fuels innovation and fosters continuous improvement and success.
