Job Description:
Garage Force, a national brand and new Montgomery County MD
presence, is looking for a part-time Floor Coating Crew Leader to
join our staff. As Crew Leader, you will be responsible for
overseeing and leading the installation of coatings to concrete
floors and surfaces. This process includes operating general
construction equipment, such as large grinders, hand grinders, shop
vacs, floor polishers, etc. Most of our work focuses on garage
floors; however, we apply coatings to surfaces such as patios,
porches and basements. We're looking for candidates with leadership
experience with a background in painting or construction and an
interest in being a full-time Crew Leader in 90 days. Pay and
benefits - paid vacation, profit-share - commensurate with
experience and leadership qualities.
