Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical testing to assess antibody function, with a focus on flow cytometry, ELISA, and other cell-based assays.
• Assay development, validation and analysis of PK and PD samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of antibody-based products and technologies.
• Thoroughly analyze results and methods, solve analytical problems, troubleshoot assays, and meet regulatory expectations for analytics.Requirements
• Degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• PhD with 0+ years, or MS with 3+ years of experience in protein engineering, preferably including antibody research in an industrial, academic or government laboratory setting.
