skills? The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to step into
a role that will lead all aspects of program administration within
the program's PMO. We are looking for an experienced Program
Administrator, well versed in staffing large contracts, to join our
technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This
program will deliver engineering services for network
infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing
infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted
servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications,
and storage systems. ABCRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
The Program Administrator will independently perform a wide range
of functions and tasks in a fast paced, multi-function environment,
which require vision, organization, leadership and proficiency in
developing, explaining and supporting policy implementation.
Program Administrator will serve as the primary POC for
sub-contractor staffing submissions and will be responsible for
reviewing and vetting candidate submissions from partner companies.
The skill of problem identification, analysis and resolution is
central to the effective conduct of their activities as is the
ability to work from an Agency perspective. A minimum of 3 years'
relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree in any related
field.Daily responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing, vetting partner company candidate submissions
- Communications with partner companies
- Setting up interviews with partner candidates and task order
Pms
- Ordering supplies for the PMO team and new hires
- Sending new hire reporting instructions and coordinating
program new hire orientation
- Coordination with finance and subcontracts teams regarding
incoming resources (SPWFs, charge codes changes and set up and CLIN
changes)
- Updating weekly and ad hoc contract deliverable documents
- Scheduling meetings and conference rooms
- Running meeting slides for program reviews
- Creating, maintaining PowerPoint presentations for PMO and
leadership
- Security clearance paperwork coordination, scanning, faxing,
emailing.Required Skills:
- Proven track record working in fast paced environment
successfully managing multiple projects at a time within required
timeframes.
- Provides general or specialized administrative support to
various offices and programs.
- Experience managing and maintaining a large volume of emails in
MS Outlook to include correspondence, tracking and filing
- Experience in documentation planning and support, project
administration, program management support, event planning and
administration, mail services, records, and data input
- Composes routine correspondence, documents, reports, orders,
forms, etc., in support of site personnel as required
- Locates and summarizes information and data from files and
documents
- May provide other administrative duties listed (scheduling and
coordinating meetings, calendars and events; gathering, inputting,
and retrieving electronic data; maintaining files and folders;
researching and analyzing information and data to prepare reports,
presentations and papers; prepares routine correspondence in
accordance with government standards; initiates trouble tickets and
coordinating office moves.

- Experience organizing events such as networking, hiring, and
retention events
- Master Degree in related field
- Experience working on BAE programs and a solid understanding of
BAE Systems internal policies and procedures
- Familiarity with BAE business/program review requirements
- Familiarity with subcontracting processes and rate negotiations
for teammatesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $96470 -
$164010Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
