Leidos-QTC Medical Group has a need for a Personal Care Assistant who is an experienced care giver seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting the medical services for an Intelligence Community customer located in Chantilly, VA. Applicants will need to posses or be able to obtain Top Secret Government Clearance before starting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with performing activities of daily living, for employees with disabilities (e.g., printing, faxing, feeding, personal hygiene, removing or putting on clothing, using the restroom, transporting in a wheelchair, escorting around the office, etc.)
• Provides services to individuals in order to complete daily tasks in their work environment in a safe and professional manner
• Provides support, encouragement and companionship by engaging individuals in activities
• Documents services delivered in accordance with policy and procedure
• May be expected to perform some administrative duties as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Competencies:

  • Detail oriented Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
    • Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), certified PCA or similar required
    • High School Diploma required
    • At least 2+ years applicable experience Hourly Pay $23-$25/hr The Leidos QTC Health Service pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
