play a pivotal role with the Salesforce end users, supporting
various customers and stakeholders. The Salesforce Architect will
develop an end-to-end understanding of the current system, gather
new requirements, and collaborate with the developers on developing
solutions. This is a hands-on role where BA is expected to
configure Salesforce, perform data loads, codify documentation, and
assist users. Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation on various aspects of the
product and solutions based on the customer's business
requirements.
- Responsible for designing/architecting the solution
- Validate solution components and provide solution walkthrough
with customer; Identify technical issues / risks and present
alternatives to alleviate or resolve
- Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by
providing technical thought leadership and guide team on standard
methodologies for design & development.
- Drive innovation within the practice/team by
creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as
well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during
delivery
- Lead and assist in hands-on solution design, rapidly build
proof-of-concepts and prototypes to evaluate functionality
- Develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations,
and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Document technical architecture & designs for development teams
to execute.
- Mentor team members in requirement analysis, fit/gap
assessment, design standards, and Salesforce.com best
practices.
- Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently
and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on
participation in building the solution for large
implementation.
- Good technical foundation including Advanced structured
programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of
RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system
analysis and design methods, etc.
- Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical
platform including Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex,
Salesforce APIs, configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation
rules, roles, and profiles, reports and dashboards, Chatter API,
including integration etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Lightning design system and
working with Lightning web components & JavaScript frameworks,
design patterns.
- Master of Agile methodology & experience in designing workflow
rules to carry out business processes
- Extensive knowledge of Sharing & security which includes,
CRED/FLS permissions, OWD, Sharing rules etc.
- Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications
using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs
- Experience transitioning existing applications to the
Salesforce platform Qualifications -
- 10+ years' industry experience with 3+ years as Salesforce
enterprise/platform architect
- 5+ years on Agile experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft
Azure, Google Cloud) Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a
related field preferred Clearance: - No Location/Remote: -Remote
Certification: Salesforce Developer/Architect Certifications Covid
