Aston Carter is hiring Dispatchers in Sterling, VA! Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM Pay: $20/hr Location: Onsite in Sterling, VAThe dispatcher will be working directly with homeowners. You will be responsible to schedule service technicians for the Northern Virginia area. --- Schedule/dispatch COD Service Technicians--- Sell & renew service agreements & accessories--- Enter/adjust payroll times --- Review and correct invoicing--- Work on complex invoicing--- Handle payments from Service Technicians--- Monitor dispatch board --- Complete refunds--- Audit all calls from Service Technicians and make sure they have accurately entered notes and items in Service Titan--- Create and maintain service agreements within our computer system--- Verify that Service Technicians' times match their GPS--- Check emails from after hours and follow up with customers--- Check voicemails from after hours and follow up with customers--- Audit customers with service agreements and schedule services accordingly--- Monitor parts in board, maintain parts in & out--- Order & track parts, and coordinate pick-ups --- Coordinate returns for warranty department --- Attend meetings as necessary --- Accurate use of company's software program - Service Titan--- Perform other related duties as assigned About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
