Job Description:
Cyber Security Systems Integrator Coordinate, support,
facilitate and participate in program meetings and reviews to
include: schedule meetings; develop meeting agendas; notify meeting
attendees; schedule conference rooms, record and distribute meeting
minutes; action items/issues; enter information into designated
databases Create, draft, and/or review cyber security program
documentation, generate formal cyber security documentation, and
participate in cyber security system and program reviews Develop
and monitor Sponsor website content to ensure accuracy, currency
and relevance Manage/update project schedule(s) to ensure
coordination and information flow occurs between all programs and
organizational managers Review cyber security program plans and
identify inconsistencies, ensure impacts are identified,
understood, and communicated Track project studies, plans, actions
items, etc. during meetings and reviews Interface with Sponsor
management for requirements for data collection and manipulation.
Programmatically manage technical solutions for virtual operations
Collect and manage requirements for planning and produce reports
outcomes from virtual requirements. Provide data assessments and
prepare analytical reports from datasets Collect and exploit
profile, content, or metadata information Evaluate accessible data
in public domains such as foreign social media websites and
applications both from mobile and stationary platforms Assist in
planning and managing multiple projects involving infrastructure
and exploitation platforms Assist in integration of data with
existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights
Establish strategic objectives based on the Sponsors vision for the
data collection platforms Conduct technical exchange meetings with
stakeholders on business and technical requirements Assist to
condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of
datasets for integration and analysis Analyze new technologies,
hardware, and software to determine the applicability or need in
the existing or proposed system such as security, storage, and
network technology Work with users to identify and develop system
requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware
limitations, and operating requirements Provide testing and
recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and
software Coordinate across Sponsors organization and business
partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance
activities Have detailed knowledge of Intelligence Community
Directives (ICDs) related to cybersecurity, at a minimum, ICD

Desired Skills, Demonstrated Experience, and Certifications:
Collection and exploitation of data on mobile apps including
domestic and foreign Performing data analysis such as gathering
information to determine data sources, data targets, data
definitions, and data relationships Database management tools such
as SQL Working with data in a variety of structured and
unstructured formats Producing technical documentation for office
use Experience in a support role, triaging and troubleshooting data
issues Developing requirements for testing, assessing applications,
and systems for data management Image analysis, manipulation, and
processing in Photoshop or a similar tool Preparing task planning,
task documentation, and overall activities reporting Developing
data ingestion tools that extract, transform and load the data
based upon data mappings Building databases and developing software
applications to manage the extraction, transformation and loading
of data Performing data modeling, testing and documentation Data
management, versioning of data, and backups Working with users to
define requirements for analysts or Sponsors. Reading in foreign
languages at level 2 or higher, based on the Sponsor or similar
rating scale. Providing file transfer support for the Sponsor
Experience with Sponsors technical collection and using datasets
and data collection and repository tools. Understanding and using
foreign datasets from social media, commercial business, and grey
literature.
Experience Level: Subject Matter Expert (SME): Is acknowledged as a
SME within the occupation and/or specific skill. Someone that is
certified with the specific language, system, or technology
required or; Requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience
specific to the skill or occupation Specific computer languages,
systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or
technology outweighs the number of years of experience Shall be
capable of mentoring or training other team members and sharing
their expertise within and across contracts, organizational
boundaries and with Sponsors. Masters degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or
technical discipline; Doctorate preferred Stillwater is an Equal
