apply for this role. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite
roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and
maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of
our products. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles
will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working
onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Remote:
Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily
offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the
site location as needed. Regardless of your role type,

their work requires in-person meetings. This position is
responsible for coordinating, interpreting, implementing, and
enforcing Security policies and procedures in accordance with the
Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agency
directives.We are seeking a Contractor Program Security Officer
(CPSO) having a minimum of three years industrial security
experience. This position will be responsible for helping to
maintain the facility's industrial security program and serve as
the primary point of contact in reviewing and implementing
client-specific security procedures for Special Access Programs.
Primary Job Responsibilities: Processing personnel security
clearances / PARsReviewing and preparing DD254sConducting security
education, awareness and trainingPreparing for security compliance
reviews/audits (internal and external)Maintaining accountability
and control of classified documents, COMSEC material and
equipmentAdministering security briefings and debriefingsConduct
administrative inquiries and investigationsPreparing visit requests
(VRs)Collecting data for metrics and analysisBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience
ORAdvanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
ORIn absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is
requiredEngineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor's degree
(typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
(STEM)) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.Must be a US CitizenAn
active Top Secret clearance with current SSBI is required Preferred
Qualifications: Completion of DSS Facility Security Officer
courseworkWorking knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4Knowledge
and understanding of SCIF/ SAPF construction standards requirements
requiredMust have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
and professionally with a broad range of personnel Must be a team
player and able to prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks
simultaneouslyWorking knowledge of SIMS, eQIP, DIAS, JPAS and
C-CUREMust be willing to travel domestically - Minimum travel
(10-20%), generally supporting other company facilities or
attending Industry Days An active Top Secret clearance with current
SSBI is requireCompletion of DSS NISPOM Chapter 8 Course and RMF
