Job Description:
Job Description As a UX Researcher, you will work within a
development team and collaborate with other designers across the
Product Division to help ATPCObuild and create simple solutions for
the airline industry. The Product division is a collection of
subject matter experts, engineers, product designers, and other
leaders who build and improve the data infrastructure that powers
flight shopping. You Will: Lead end-to-end generative and
evaluative research studies across ATPCO's product portfolio
Establish best practices and standardize methodologies, tools, and
templates for research deliverables while also identifying
opportunities to improve research workflows Work in an iterative
design process and a lean or agile development process Continuously
gather knowledge about user needs through various channels and
analyze existing data and product designs to identify research
opportunities Partner with product managers and analysts to refine
study goals into a concise testable hypothesis and prescribe the
appropriate methodologies to collect data via a formal study plan
Conduct remote moderated and unmoderated sessions and facilitate
focus groups or customer/user feedback sessions Interpret data from
analytics, A/B testing, or multivariate testing Synthesize
quantitative and qualitative data sources into actionable
recommendations and present findings and recommendations to
cross-functional partners, key stakeholders, and leadership Create
deliverables in the form of engaging reports, journey maps, or
other artifacts as needed Partner with marketing and commercial
teams to recruit and maintain a panel of participants and ensure
that the participant experience is highly rated and on-brand The
Ideal Candidate: Prior work experience in UX research for B2B SaaS
digital products and services Expert in conducting primary and
secondary user research and a deep understanding of contemporary
methodologies and best practices Strong analytical and synthesis
skills with a proven ability to turn research results into product
insights Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently
convey insights through storytelling Eagerness to share ideas and
opinions on roadmap planning that helps deliver meaningful impact
Strong design thinking mindset and an understanding of interaction
design for complex systems High level of empathy and ability to
relate to users from various perspectives Bachelor's degree in
Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology,
Anthropology, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a
related field)
