Job Description:

Kamis is searching for a Help Desk Associate for a contract position in Dulles, VA.
Note: This position is 100% onsite in Dulles.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and on-site technical support to all computer users in the Dulles Branch office and field employees working in the local market.
  • First line of technical support for all Help Desk calls.
  • Track and enter all Computer Service Requests.
  • Track and enter all Computer User Change Requests.
  • Update the status of all Computer Service Requests and Computer User Change Requests.
  • Track, manage, and update IT Inventory system
  • Order supplies and equipment as directed.
  • Support the company Intranet site.
  • Assist with custom database projects.
  • Install or change hardware and equipment as needed.
  • User account creation, modification, and termination.
  • Performs and /or oversees software and application installation and upgrades.
  • Active Directory maintenance.
    Requirements:
    • 1+ years of Help Desk Experience in a professional environment. 2-3+ years preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers, management, members, contractors, and vendors.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft OS environment including M365/O365 and Active Directory
    • Experience imaging software using SCCM
    • Understanding of Networking, Network Devices, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc
    • Ability to lift 50lbs
