The Safety Coordinator works to ensure the safety of employees,
subcontractors, and the general public on the project. The Safety
Coordinator is responsible for enforcing Freyssinet Inc.'s Safety
and Health Policy as well as local and federal safety standards on
job sites. In addition, this position is responsible for conducting
employee safety training and consults with the Safety Manager and
the Project Team to develop safe work plans for all phases and
tasks. Successful candidates will exemplify safety as a value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, subcontractors and
- Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health
programs as well as federal, state and local safety standards
- Identify known/potential exposures and recommend corrective
- Report project specific safety performance and future
- Work closely with field supervision to plan more complex safety
aspects of the project construction including critical lifts,
hazardous material handling, etc.
- Develop project specific safety training for jobsite personnel
- Coordinate third party safety reviews including OSHA
- Ability to identify known potential exposures and recommend
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrates interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with
the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Four year degree in Occupational Safety and Health,

job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work
site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high
