As the Program Manager part of the AMOD project, you will manage the project, manage cost, schedule, performance, and risks for a talented group of engineers and software developers, providing analytic solutions to the intelligence community. This is an active ever changing environment that uses the latest technologies to solve complex problems and produce a large suite of applications support of the warfighter

More About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will have various responsibilities such as:

  • Creating clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, quality and risk
  • Ensuring team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members
  • Maintaining daily coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.
  • Ensuring deployment schedules are met and system resources are used effectively
  • Coordinating resolution of software development related problems
  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance SCI eligible and ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 20 years related work experience
  • Active PMP certification at time of proposal submission
  • Experience in a federal program management environment preferably in IC space
  • Management experience of multiple level direct reports, including personnel hiring/firing decision-making
  • Clear communication, ability to be agile and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a large enterprise contract to corporate annual financial commitments
  • Ability to work with multiple customers
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel
  • Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Background in software development, preferably AGILE Methodologies and SCRUM, JIRA and Confluence
  • Experienced with Information Technologies and advanced technology concepts
