Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Project Coordinator for an existing government client. The place of performance is in Sterling, VA.MUST HAVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH UPGRADE TO SCI REQUIREDResponsibilities

• Provide direct support to NSM programs.
• Direct, organize, and control project activities, under the direction of the Program Manager.
• Perform document management for security network projects.
• Perform data entry into the lifecycle tracking system.
• Track and report on the status of material requisitions and the status of shipments.
• Assist in making required travel arrangements for contract staff.
• Prepare and process passport renewals when needed for contract staff.
• Prepare and process visa requests when needed for contract staff.
• Process country clearance requests for contract staff.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for management.Qualifications
  • High school diploma plus five years of related experience.
