Job Description:
Location: Sterling, VADescription: Judge Direct Placement is
seeking a QA Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in the
Sterling, VA area.Responsibilities:*Manage all aspects of QA to
ensure all raw materials and product meet company and government
standards*Confirm the performance of testing and inspection on
products and packaging quality assurance program*Responsible for
the implementation of the company's quality assurance programs and
improvement*Develop, review and audit SOPs*Monitor raw materials &
recommend waste reduction actions*Ensure sanitation standards are
followed*Evaluate process control and improvements*Provide guidance
to Lab Techs*Conduct performance reviews*Maintain accurately
department reports*Sustain a safe working environment for all
employeesRequirements:*BA/BS degree from an accredited college or
university required*4+ years of QA experience required*Experience
managing hourly professionals*Food/beverage manufacturing
experience REQUIRED*HACCP, SQF/BRC, FSMA/PCQI, and similar
