A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Business Development Lead role. Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Generate business to achieve top line goals in assigned and break-in accounts

2) Strengthen the organization’s partnership with existing and new clients by identifying appropriate targets and expand footprint among existing accounts and new accounts

3) Achieve revenue goals quarter on quarter by converting openings with existing and new clients through developing proposals, conducting pitches and other new business closing activities

4) Expand footprint in key accounts, through the development of short- and long-term account strategies specific to each account and successful execution of the account strategy

5) Help hone competitive positioning, key messages, based on feedback from clients and prospects and by evaluating long-term trends in the industry

6) Ensure participation and collaboration for RFPs and RFQs at a company level for large complex and strategic pursuits, review the solutions and estimates and plans

7) Collaborate with business unit heads to plan the targets as well as the strategy for new services and solutions

8) Manage margins in partnership with business units

9) Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver personalized solutions for clients and brand at different stages of their lifecycle

10) Build and maintain sales models and test and learn roadmap to continually iterate and optimize the effectiveness of all solutions to ensure better lead to sales conversion rates

11) Build strategy to up-sell and cross sell various capabilities by analyzing client needs and leverage analytics, data and deep customer

12) Lead the design and develop reporting dashboards

13) Understand competition, pricing and networks to help build capability of providing solutions and future trends

14) Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects

15) Develop goals for the Business Development Team and business growth

16) Coach and mentor the team to deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective solutions to drive growth and profitability

17) Perform other duties as assigned

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in business development
