3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Overview We are seeking dedicated Production
Associates to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal
candidates will bring hands-on experience in factory or warehouse
environments, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to
thrive in an assembly-line setting. Responsibilities Operate and
maintain production equipment, including power tools Assemble
products according to specifications while meeting quality
standards Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on
tools and equipment Work with team members to meet production goals
and deadlines Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Use
hand tools effectively for assembly tasks Qualifications Previous
factory or warehouse experience preferred Mechanical knowledge and
assembly-line experience highly desirable Skilled in safe and
effective use of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to
detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with the ability to
