Operate a flatbed truck to transport goods and materials securely across various destinations. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to trucking and freight transportation. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service and repair status, complying with DOT regulations. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or concerns. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the integrity and safety of the cargo during transit. Proficient in operating flatbed trailers and securing loads. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and team members.
