Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our team! You will be delivering building material to job sites throughout the area. Safety is the number one priority at J&L, and we are looking for qualified drivers with clean driving records. The ideal candidate will have 1 years experience driving a box truck vehicle and excellent customer service skills. TRAINING / NEW LOCATION INFORMATION Littlestown will be our ninth and newest location. We are scheduled to move into this location in the first quarter of 2026. Initial company training may take place in York, PA; mileage reimbursement for training in York will be offered. Training in York anticipated to be less than two months. Compensation Pay range is starting at $22.50 an hour depending on experience Averaging 40-45 hours a week. More hours available per business needs. Averaging 6 stops a day Level of Touch: Load and Unload Equipment Assigned Isuzu Box Truck Automatic Responsibilities Safely operate a heavy truck Properly process paperwork Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect truck before and after trip Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum 1-year experience in box truck driving or other related fields DOT Medical Card Required Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 25 miles of Littlestown, PA or be willing to relocate for this position .
