SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Immigration Paralegal with: at least 5 years of immigration law including experience preparing H-1B, TN, L-1, E-1/E-2, petitions and applications, labor certification (PERM) applications and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications, and preparation and filing employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions experience. This role offers an excellent compensation package including excellent benefits and many other perks. Candidates must have: a Bachelor's degree to be considered.
