More About the Role: * The candidate will provide support to automated build, test, integration, and deployment of software baselines using DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and Configuration Management best practices. * Leverage experience to advise, identify, create, and deliver Infrastructure Services and Architecture that enable the successful migration of applications and services. * Contribute to the identification, assessment, and integration of wide ranging technologies and advanced concepts which facilitate the development, refactoring and re-architecting of systems across different security domains. * Work with a diverse set of program, contractor, and government personnel to track, manage, and resolve technical issues. * Translate customer and user needs into project requirements & documentation. * Establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder intimacy in coordinating all activities, acting as the technical point of contact for operational systems, applying technical expertise to address and resolve any issues in a unique, rapid, and complex operational environment. * Candidate will work closely with a team of engineers to maintain our virtual and physical production resources and will be responsible for creating accounts, managing accounts, build workstations, create development environments, installing and configuring software. You'll Bring These Qualifications: * Strong experience with Red Hat Linux/Unix environments * Strong software scripting language skills (Python, Java, Bash, Perl, Ruby, etc.) * Focused on build automation tools and integration * Configuration management experience using GitLab, Subversion, Puppet * Systems integration management tools (Puppet) * Experience with virtualization technology (VMware ESXi, KVM, oVirt) * Understanding of Amazon Web Services * Ability to multitask a variety of responsibilities in a fast-moving environment * Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance and have or be willing to obtain CI Polygraph * Experience with cloud computing specifically AWS and associated services (EC2,VPC, I&A Mgmt) * CompTia Security+ * Hands-on experience is required of RHEL network and server OS infrastructure technologies to include: DNS, DHCP, NFS, SSH, LDAP, and KickStart. * Experience in package management such as RPM and yum * Familiar with setup and support of small networks, to include routing as well as layer 2 and 3 switches. Education and Experience * Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent and years of related experience. * Typically requires minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, networking or related technical fields * Education and Experience equivalents are considered on a case-by-case basis Additional BITS, a CACI Company, Information: Additionally, BITS (IBA) benefits are quite unique. Basically, BITS benefits equate to 50% of salary on TOP of your base salary. The first part is a tax-qualified profit sharing retirement plan to which BITS annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account under the plan. The second part consists of BITS' Individual Benefit Account Plan (the IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and BITS' Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy.
