Position Description: CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity
for a Technical Change Process Engineer within our Intel sector
advancing the national security mission through cutting edge
technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly
evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a
highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities.
The Technical Change Process Engineer is responsible for improving
and optimizing manufacturing processes by conducting research,
analyzing data, developing new procedures, and implementing
solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality
and safety compliance. They analyze existing processes, conduct
root cause analysis for failures, use simulation software to test
changes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement
new technologies and processes. CGI Federal is growing its

fast-paced, outcome-driven mission. This position is located in USA
VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your
future duties and responsibilities: • Process Optimization: Design,
develop, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to
increase productivity and product quality. • Data Analysis &
Improvement: Analyze production data, track metrics, and identify
areas for improvement to implement process upgrades and
enhancements. • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that
arise during production by troubleshooting problems, implementing
corrective actions, and performing root cause analysis. •
Simulation & Testing: Utilize process simulation software to test
and predict the outcomes of proposed changes, helping to find the
most appropriate production strategies. • Documentation: Prepare
detailed process documentation, operating instructions, and reports
to document process status and changes. • Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that processes comply with all relevant regulations,
including environmental, safety, and quality standards. •
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other engineers, R&D
teams, production teams, and quality control personnel to
facilitate process improvements and technology integration.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Journeyman:
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 5
years of experience • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the
ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly • Technical Expertise: A
strong understanding of the industry's specific processes and
systems is essential. • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong
skills in analyzing complex data, identifying problems, and
developing effective solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent
written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams
and report findings to management. • Project Management: The
ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and
evaluation of new processes. • Software Proficiency: Familiarity
with industry-specific software, including process simulation and
CAD tools. Senior: • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree
and/or 5 to 10 years of experience • Security Clearance: TS/SCI
required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly • Technical
Expertise: A strong understanding of the industry's specific
processes and systems is essential. • Analytical & Problem-Solving
Skills: Strong skills in analyzing complex data, identifying
problems, and developing effective solutions. • Communication
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to
collaborate with teams and report findings to management. • Project
Management: The ability to manage projects, including planning,
execution, and evaluation of new processes. • Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with industry-specific software, including process
simulation and CAD tools. CGI is required by law in some

range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 - $200000.00. CGI
