Job Description:
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator II
to join our growing team! Specifically, we are seeking a candidate
with experience with RKE2, Kubernetes, Docker, Bash scripting, and
Unix systems. They will work closely with senior team members to
deploy, manage, and scale applications and infrastructure.
Qualifications: Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and
contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited
college or university is required Five (5) years of additional SA
experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Key
Responsibilities: Assist in the design, implementation, and
maintenance of CI/CD pipelines Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot
applications on RKE2 and Kubernetes clusters Write and maintain
Bash scripts for automation and management tasks Manage Docker
container deployments and orchestration Monitor and optimize system
performance, ensuring reliability and scalability Collaborate with
developers to ensure smooth and efficient software releases
Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production
environments Document processes, workflows, and configurations
Required Skills: Basic knowledge of RKE2 and Kubernetes Familiarity
with Docker and container orchestration Proficiency in Bash
scripting and Unix/Linux operating systems Understanding of CI/CD
concepts and tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to
detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to
learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Desired Skills:
Experience with additional automation tools such as Ansible,
Terraform, or Jenkins Knowledge of networking concepts and cloud
platforms (AWS) Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
