HUMINT Collection Manager - Mid Please Note: This position is

Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. Cherokee Analytics is
seeking a HUMINT Collection Manager to support INSCOM. Compensation
& Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits

HUMINT Collection Manager - Mid Responsibilities Include: Provide
subject matter expertise to INSCOM senior leaders on HUMINT
collection management, including the Protection Collection
Management Board (PCMB). Provide Government leadership with written
feedback that assists with developing an executive summary of the
PCMB, with a particular focus on HUMINT equities. Provide products
resulting from tasked HUMINT Collection Requirements gap analysis
and coordinate further nominations. Support publication of plans
and policy, including Collection Management and source management
policies, including HUMINT Operating Directives and Army Collection
Program Reviews. Performs other job-related duties as assigned
HUMINT Collection Manager - Mid Experience, Education, Skills,
Abilities requested: Current TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor’s
Degree US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical
certification course or program. HT-JCOE – Joint CI-HUMINT Analysis
and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals
of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence
Community (IC) equivalent. Eight (8) full-time years of experience
in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role. Three (3)
full-time years evaluating IIR’s and providing critical thinking
feedback to shape operations. Five (5) full-time years as an
intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role
supporting CI, HUMINT, IdM, or other sensitive/specialized
intelligence activities. Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle,
CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management. Advanced
Microsoft 365 proficiency. Must have knowledge and experience with
Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and
707 related to their duties. Must be able to perform other duties,
responsibilities, and activities as needed. Must be willing to
undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope
polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a
pre-appointment and periodic basis. Must pass pre-employment
