Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to obtain a polygraph.
  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
  • Comfortable with change and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices.

Responsible for the business aspects of the project, including ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile or Scrum delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaisons between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Ensure that team members understand project objectives. Maintains product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals. Preserves flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes. Is the facilitator for an agile development team. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged.
