Description:Develop and integrate sensors, micro-controllers, and other integrated device systems in support of our client's products Facilitate understanding and provide consultation on sensors and programmable chipsEvaluate, prototype, and implement third-party parts and services as applicable to business and technical objectivesProvide technical direction and recommendations for the productWork autonomously and within a team of internal and external contractors and partners for on-time delivery of quality code, utilizing agile methodologiesContribute to project documentation and best practices process and improvementSkills:Linux, C++, Embedded linuxAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of direct experience in embedded systems development or demonstrable equivalent.
• Strong C/C++ development knowledge Familiarity with: -ARM Cortex-M4 processors-Texas Instruments micro-controllers e.g., Tiva, C2000-Linux OS and Device Drivers-RS232/CAN bus architectureExperience Level:Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
