seeking multiple Software Engineers to support Tactical Space
Systems Division in their development and deployment of satellite
ground software to customer resources while implementing Continuous
Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in an agile
environment. The location for this role will be in Dulles, VA or
Colorado Springs, CO. This work will primarily occur in a SCIF
environment so onsite work is required.To be successful in this

monitoring. Software Engineers will be a critical member of one or
more Agile Scrum Teams. After hours or extended work week hours may

that span languages and toolsets including Python, Postgres,
Ansible, cloud infrastructure provisioning, PKI, and static code
analysisLocate and remediate problems in code, testing, and
deploymentTake program software to the next level by using

advantage of a cloud environmentUse tools like Jenkins and Ansible
to set up automation steps that fast-track code from development,
testing, and deploymentBe a part of the enabling technology at

Principal Software Engineer, or the Sr. Principal Software Engineer
level.Basic Qualifications for a Principal Software
Engineer:Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer
Science, or closely related discipline plus 5 years of development
experience (3 years with a master's degree, 0 years with a PhD).
Experience can be considered in lieu of degreeExperience with the
design, build, and deployment of software productsExperience in
producing software architecture documentationUS Citizenship with an
active Top Secret clearanceBasic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal
Software Engineer:Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering,
Computer Science, or closely related discipline plus 9 years of
development experience (7 years with a master's degree, 4 years
with a PhD). Experience can be considered in lieu of
degreeDemonstrated expertise with the design, build, and deployment
of software productsExperience in producing software architecture
documentationClear understanding of secure coding practices and
quality orientationUS Citizenship with an active Top Secret
clearancePreferred Qualifications for All Levels:Familiarity with
Agile framework or Scaled Agile FrameworkFamiliarity with DevOps
practices and how it compliments Agile software
developmentExperience working with Python preferably on Linux
operating systemsExperience working with tools like Docker,
Kubernetes, Ansible, PostgreSQL, SonarQubeFamiliarity with Cloud

Range: $104,600 USD $157,000 USDSalary Range 2: $129,700 USD
$194,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
