Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and facilitating resolution for hardware and software issuesProviding quick and orderly responses to security related incidents, to include but not limited to, coordinating email and malicious code mitigationAccount ManagementPatch management for software and hardware devicesPerform Support Duties as directedReviewing annual System Security Audit inquiries and provide responses, as neededAccessing and updating Security Controls as neededProviding Security guidance and support, as needed, for new and existing projectsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Three (3) or more years of experience in Information SecurityBachelor's Degree in an IT related field (Additional years of experience may be considered)Must have active DoD-issue Secret clearanceExperience with supporting Microsoft Windows environmentNetworking Experience managing, monitoring, and troubleshooting systemsDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of BigFix (ELMS) patching application, CA Privileged Access Manager (CA PAM), and Secret Server is a plusCISSP certified is highly desired.Windows AD Administration MCSE preferredExperience with Information Assurance processes - C and FISMA requirements (preferred)Experience with Enterprise Scanning preferredExperience with Vulnerability Management preferredDEA suitability is highly desired.The duties and responsibilities listed in this job description generally cover the nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
