Job Description Job Description Nursery RN – Level II | Night Shifts (3x12s or 4x12s) | 13 Weeks | SC or Compact License Schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM On-Call: 1 shift every 6 weeks (for 3x12s schedule) Ratios: 1:3 Float Required: Yes – L&D (attend deliveries, transition newborns), Mom-Baby/Couplet Care Local - Accepted (On different pay) Required Experience & Skills: 2 years Level II Nursery experience (32 weeks, 1500g) Delivery attendance & resuscitation, infant transition Oxygen therapy (ET, NC, CPAP), IV therapy, NAS scoring/meds, NTE support Preferred: Experience with Mom-Baby Requirements: License: SC or Compact RN Certs: BLS, NRP (AHA only) Preferred: STABLE Block Scheduling: May be requested, subject to manager approval Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
