Job Description:
**Overview****General Responsibilities** :The Human Resources
assistant assists with the administration of the day to day
operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR
assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the
following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS,
employee relations, training and development, benefits,
compensation, organization development, administration, and
employment.**Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions** : (Other
duties may be assigned)+ File, retrieve, and organize personnel
documents and files+ Establish and maintain effective communication
and working relationships employee and management+ Comply with all
safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures
established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.+
Recruiting and staffing logistics;+ Performance management and
improvement tracking systems;+ Assisting with employee relations;+
Company employee communication;+ Compensation and benefit
administration and record keeping;+ Employee safety, welfare,
wellness, and health reporting; and complete verification of
employment.+ Maintain employee files and the HR filing system;+
Assisting with the day-to -day efficient operation of the HR
office+ Miscellaneous duties as assigned.**Supervisory

instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.+ Ability

standardized situations.**General Company Requirements:**+ Employee
must comply with the Company's uniform and grooming standards and
must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times.+ Employee
must comply with all guidelines and policies set forth in the ABM

Policy. Employee must also comply with regulatory agency

authorities.**Education:**High school diploma or
equivalent.**Skills / Experience:**1 or more years of payroll
experience1 or more years of administrative
experience**Overall:**Must be 21 years of age or older.Must submit
to and pass a drug screen.Must meet all requirements to receive
required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal, including the
successful completion of a background check and ten- year work
