OverviewStaffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is recruiting
for a full-time Recruiting Manager in Sterling (Dulles), VA. This
position is hybrid, with both remote capabilities and weekly

- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting functions,
defining/managing Talent Acquisition metrics, and meeting cost,
schedule, and performance requirements.
- Meets with, and is responsive to, the company executive team on
an on-going basis to identify and review requirements and
organizational needs, and reports to the COO.
- Directs management of recruiting resources to ensure timely and
quality responses to internal customer needs and overall business
staffing objectives.
- Monitors budget for department, selects and trains staff,
represents department to internal/external stakeholders, and
recommends improvements/efficiencies.
- Builds a high performing, experienced talent operations team
focused on meeting SLAs and identifying candidates with critical
skill sets.
- Develops and implements sourcing strategies, processes, and
goal-driven initiatives related to the identification and
attraction of top talent across a broad array of functions and
levels.
- Introduces creative leading-edge recruiting techniques to
enhance effectiveness, reduce time to hire, cost per hire, and
overall customer satisfaction.
- Recruits cleared/clearable, high-priority, key personnel on an
as-needed basis with skill sets for immediate and contingent
placement on direct and proposal programs as needed.
- Provides regular reporting to senior management on recruiting
and pipeline managementQualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human
Resources or equivalent and six to eight (6-8) years of related
experience in recruiting or an equivalent combination of education,
skills, and experience with at least two (2) years of experience in
a supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer-focused
leadership in the delivery of recruiting support for staffing
government programs and proposals
- Demonstrated ability in managing challenging program
requirements, proposal deadlines, and proposal requirements
- Experience with creating, executing, and managing recruiting
processes for proposals and Growth programs
- Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC compliance regulations and other
Federal/State hiring laws
- Experience with Talent Acquisition ATS systems, creating
targeted Boolean searches to reach and connect with qualified
candidates
- Experience with Government Contracting and recruiting
operations supporting time-sensitive proposal environments
- Ability to utilize and effectively leverage social media
platforms to expand sourcing outreach programs and increase volume
and quality of responses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong
influencer skills
- Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion recruiting platforms and
demonstrated success with D&I outreach programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
and other software applications, as requiredPreferred

- Experience with iCIMS
- Experience with Contingent Hire recruiting activities
- Experience managing time-sensitive, incumbent capture
