Human Resources Business PartnerJob Category: Human ResourcesTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NoneEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental USCACI, a leading provider of professional and information technology services to many branches of the US Federal government, including Defense, Homeland Security, Intelligence, and Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems and Electronic Warfare & Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance divisions within the Advanced Solutions operating group within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector.We are seeking a collaborative, team oriented, and results focused HRBP to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs for divisions totaling approximately 700 employees. You will also have the support of the operating group HR team and HR Functional experts. This role is remote but will require the selected candidate to periodically visit division field office locations.This position is a remote opportunity with occasional in office meetings in Sterling, VA to support and value work life balance!The key responsibilities for this role include: managing/facilitating employee relations matters, supporting employee development, performance management, culture and employee engagement, interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures, HR data analytics, supporting compensation processes, developing HR metrics and driving practical HR solutions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. In addition, you may be asked to work on other assignment and projects in support of the business.**More about this role:**+ Partner with managers in areas that support business growth and performance.+ Work closely with division leadership and program managers to develop and manage succession plans and career development strategies.+ Support employees at all levels with HR related support and guidance.+ Guide and assist managers in the areas of performance management, employee relations, culture and engagement.+ Serve as initial intake for complex and sensitive in nature employee matters. Lead the handling of the more routine employee relations issues.+ Work on projects of significance, using data and metrics to understand trends and build solutions.+ Conduct exit interviews to better understand attrition trends and design/implement solutions.+ Develop and compile HR data/metrics as it relates to attrition and headcount totals, trends and build solutions.+ Assist with New Hire On-boarding, surveys, and identify trends for solutioning in building assimilation programs.+ Work collaboratively with HR functional teams and participate in or lead workforce analysis to ensure proper staffing, talent management, and maximized efficiency.+ Act as the liaison with HR Shared Services to handle escalations such as payroll, benefits and leave matters.+ Support implementation of enterprise initiatives.**You'll bring these qualifications:**+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.+ Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting large, complex and geographically disbursed businesses+ Prior experience in the information technology and engineering services business is highly preferred along with experience in government contracting.+ Advanced knowledge of the general principles and practices of human resources.+ Demonstrated business acumen.+ Ability to assess a situation, think through the key issues, recommend potential solutions (along with pros and cons) and implement the selected solution.+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet based applications.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals with a wide variety of experiences, backgrounds, and skill levels.+ Ability to use collect and analyze data and metrics to drive solutions.+ Must have experience in preparing and presenting reports and experience working with senior business leaders.+ A passion for enhancing the employee experience.+ Ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high standards of ethical conduct.+ Demonstrated project planning and management skills.+ Ability to use diplomacy and tact in challenging situations.+ Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail.+ Must be able work independently with general supervision.+ Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
