Job Description Job Description Side Bar in Leesburg, VA is looking for experienced bartenders/servers to join our team at our cocktail bar, The Docket. Our ideal candidate(S) is self-driven, respectable, hard-working, and gregarious. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers, take orders efficiently, and serve drinks Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications Proven working experience as a bartender/server Ability to pour an accurate and precise amount of alcohol Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving standard cocktails Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Excellent customer service and 100% focus towards your table/bar rail.
