Job Description:
PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital
rehabilitative care, is seeking an experienced Senior Physical
Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in
implementing personalized, intense rehabilitation programs designed
to aid patients in their recovery journey after surgery, injuries,
or illness. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, create
and manage therapy programs, and ensure the delivery of
high-quality care, aiming to restore patient independence and
improve their quality of life. This position requires someone who
thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to ongoing
professional development and evidence-driven practice. Assess
patient conditions through interviews and physical examinations to
establish appropriate physical therapy treatment plans. Monitor and
evaluate patient progress, adapting treatments as necessary to
achieve optimal results. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services. Guide and mentor
junior therapists, providing training as needed to enhance team
competencies. Engage in professional development opportunities to
remain current with the latest physical therapy practices and
technologies. Document patient care and treatment plans in
compliance with both facility and legal requirements. Advanced
knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, methods, and
evidence-based practices. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills for working effectively with patients, families, and medical
staff. Ability to design and execute detailed, personalized
treatment plans. Competent in the use of physical therapy equipment
and technology. Leadership and team management skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current and valid state
licensure as a Physical Therapist. Board Certification in Physical
Therapy (ABPTS) is preferred.
