Job Description WellSpan Health is seeking a dedicated Crisis
Intervention Counselor to join our Lebanon team. In this role, you
will provide rapid assessment, de?escalation, safety planning, and
linkage to services for individuals experiencing behavioral health
crises. You’ll work collaboratively with community partners, first
responders, and clinical teams to ensure timely, compassionate
support for those in need. This is a full-time, evening shift (1pm

to have you on our team. Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Required Work Experience: 2 years Mental health or crisis
intervention experience with unrelated bachelor's degree Required
and Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field of study
Required Driver's License Statement: Must possess a valid driver's
license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet
requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
