In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment focusing on the well-being and recovery of patients. Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients in a medical surgical setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Educate patients and their families by helping them understand conditions and treatments. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies. Strong clinical skills and ability to handle a high patient volume Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical systems and software Ability to work both independently and in team settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
