Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations and evaluating medical histories Formulate treatment plans to address specific conditions and needs Implement therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and education Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and provide comprehensive care Educate patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention Attend and contribute to professional training, conferences, and workshops to maintain and improve competence Strong understanding and proficiency in physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques Excellent patient assessment and management skills Ability to create and follow through with individualized treatment plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using physical therapy software and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice CPR certified Member of the American Physical Therapy Association preferred
