clinic locations, providing Quality Comprehensive Health, Dental
and Integrated Behavioral Health services to the underserved
communities in a six county region of Northern
California.Hours:Monday Friday / 8am-5pmNo call, No holidays, No
weekendsJob Duties:Average patients seen per day: 20 - 25
Outpatient careMust be able to see all agesSolo Provider w/ no
Midlevel supportDetails:EMR: Centricity Active CA license BC/BE
accepted Credentialing: 30 days Client will only consider true
Locums to Perm candidates. Conversion to perm after 3
