be considered. A skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in
Operating Room (OR) nursing is sought for a contract position in
Buckhannon, WV. This role demands proficiency in surgical nursing
practices, patient care in the perioperative setting, and
collaboration with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective
procedures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms for
surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are
sterile and available Monitor patients conditions before, during,
and after surgery to provide optimal care Assist surgeons,
anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals during operations
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety and
infection control protocols Educate patients and families about
preoperative and postoperative care as needed Qualifications and
Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in
the state Proven experience in Operating Room nursing or
perioperative nursing Strong knowledge of surgical instruments,
aseptic techniques, and patient safety standards Excellent
communication skills and the ability to work effectively within
multidisciplinary teams Ability to respond quickly and calmly in
